Coffee Plantation {Kauai, Hawaii}~

@ 12:01 PM
You know I love coffee, who doesn't?
So we can't skip the opportunity of visiting coffee plantation for sure.
it is one of "must see places" for us.

Bir kahve sever olarak Kauai'ye gelip kahve plantation'nina gitmesem olmazdi.
Although it would be a lot more fun if we went there with a better group, I'm still glad that we have been such a nice place.
It was a great experience to walk around coffee trees and trying different types of coffees and roasts.

Aslinda cesit cesit kahveler deneyip keyif yapilabilir bir yerdi ama gittigimiz grup tatsiz oldugu icin cok eglenemedim malesef

Yinede en azindan kahve agaclarinin arasinda gezdigim, kahve cekirdeklerine dokunma sansi elde ettigim icin mutluyum.

Between those 5-6 different types of roasts my favorite one was light roast.
All others was little too strong for me.

5-6 cesit kahve denedim ve itiraf etmek gerekirse cok sevmedim.
Ben daha aromali ve hafif kahveleri seviorum.
Bu benim icin cok agirdi.
I learned so much about how to grow a coffee tree.
Of course, I don't remember much right now.
All remember is coffee tree is a short, leaves are hard textured and it doesn't have a smell much.

They put some information boards.
I didn't read it when we were there. I just took a photo to read it later.
And of course, I never read it as usual
Yes, I know, I am lazy.

Ara ara bilgilendirme tablolari koymuslar.
Sonra okurum diye fotografini cektim ve her zamanki gibi okumadim :)

asagidaki yaziyi okuyup kendimden suphe ettigime inanamiyorum.

yes, of course there are no such a thing called "decaf coffee tree"
I wish there was though

Ve evet tamda bildigim gibi decaf tree diye bir sey yokmus.

this is how they dry coffee beans

Kahve cekirdekleri agaclardan toplanip boyle sererek kurutuluyormus.
and then they roast them, grind them and ready!
Honestly, I didn't learn much of a new things. I already saw some coffee beans and trees photos before. But seeing them in person, touching them is absolutely different experience.

After we left our unpleasant group we went to here, and if you like to know places we have seen before you can click on here and here.

Sonrada roast ediyorlarmis herhalde.
Genelde bildigim seyler olmasina ragmen insanin karsisinda kanli canli gormesi baska bir seymis.
Iyiki gelmisiz

Sonrasinda sevimsiz grubumuzdan ayrilip sahile buraya gittik. Oncesini okumak isterseniz buraya, ve buraya bakabilirsiniz.
